  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over mediumhigh heat.
  • Add minced garlic and stirfry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for another minute or until everything is heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions.
